When possible, delegates are invited to collect their PP-22 badge between 24 to 25 September. Badge collection by a third party of the same delegation will be possible for VIP only if a recent photo of the delegate is already in the ITU database.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>                            <div class=\"ituContainer grid\"><div data-span=\"12\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>                            <div class=\"ituContainer grid\"><div data-span=\"12\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Registration to PP-22 is carried out <strong>exclusively online<\/strong> by each participant interested in participating. Every request for participation must be validated by the Registration Focal Points (RFPs) designated by each administration and entity of the following categories entitled to participate (cf. Article 23 of the ITU Convention):<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>                            <div class=\"ituContainer grid\"><div data-span=\"12\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.itu.int\/hub\/membership\/our-members\/directory\/?myitu-members-states=true&amp;request=countries\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Member States of the ITU<\/a> (CV 268)<\/li><li>State of Palestine (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.itu.int\/en\/council\/Documents\/basic-texts\/RES-099-E.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Resolution 99<\/a> (Rev.
